I had 3 teeth pulled yesterday, and 24 hours later, my lip is still numb. Any tricks to wake it back up?

uh oh...this is not good. i'm betting you had lower back teeth removed. if this is the case then you are suffering from temporary (hopefully not permanent) parasthesia. the dentist isn't going to be able to do anything to get the feeling back other than tell you to wait. it can take upwards of 3 months before the nerve grows back...if it grows back. i hate to give you bad news but this is not good.
keep your fingers crossed and do what you can to not have anymore teeth pulled. this is always a possibility following an extraction.

Go to sleep for two more days
You should not still be numb. Call the oral surgeon who took care of you, and hope they haven't done any nerve damage. Make sure you call and report this to them.
Call your dentist or surgeon and let them know what is going on
That is really wierd cuz I had three of wisdom teeth pulled and my mouth was complete un-numb by the end of the day call them up and check to see what they did to you maybe they hurt a nerve.
Drink warm liquids such as tea or hot chocolate. This helps. If it's still numb then ask your dentist/oral surgeon.
