How do you get rid of the white spots of calcium deposits on your teeth?

Question:
I believe its called calcium deposits.

Answers:
If the stains are extrinsic (outside of tooth) than just a good cleaning or polishing should get off the stain or calcium deposit.

If the stain is intrinsic (internally of tooth) than you SOL; you will need composite (evasive) or porcelain (inevasive) veneers.

If these deposits are calculus, cleaning is a must.

If these deposits are remineralization of a tooth than nothing you can do.

See a dentist to figure out what the spots are and what caused them.
Try brushing it off with baking soda.
get them scaled and polished at the dentist.
I just took my son to the dentist a couple of weeks ago for this exact thing. Dentist recommended bleaching.
