If the stains are extrinsic (outside of tooth) than just a good cleaning or polishing should get off the stain or calcium deposit.
If the stain is intrinsic (internally of tooth) than you SOL; you will need composite (evasive) or porcelain (inevasive) veneers.
If these deposits are calculus, cleaning is a must.
If these deposits are remineralization of a tooth than nothing you can do.
See a dentist to figure out what the spots are and what caused them.
Try brushing it off with baking soda.
