should i have pain in throat after haveing 2 teeth cut out?

Question:
The dentist had a hard time getting me numb to cut out 2 bad teeth that i had this morning and now when the feeling is comeing back my throat hurts when i swallow and under my tounge is sore is this normal?

Answers:
Yes, it could be. Sometimes they have to inject Novocain into the "hinge" of the jaws at the back of the mouth. And they have to put all sorts of contraptions in your mouth while they are doing the procedure, and you're having to hold your mouth open at unnatural angles, etc, so some soreness is expected. If it increases in severity or is accompanied by fever, call your dentist ASAP.
Yes, your body temperature will shoot up after extraction. Drink lots of plain water. Drink a cup of plain water when you wake up in the morning before washing your mouth
