hard to explain?
Question:
Answers:
Sounds like you might be developing a tooth abscess. Its an infection along the gum line in your jaw. Usually not related to recent fillings, but there could always be a chance. I'm not sure what the scope of practice is with a dentist and them prescribing antibiotics, but I would definitly get it checked out. It can get pretty painful and develop into something worse if left untreated. Call your dentist. You should be able to get a same day appointment, especially when this occurred right after having fillings placed. If he cannot prescribe antibiotics, then see your primary care physician and have him or her check you out.
