absolutely not. implants are very expensive to place (at least 1000 a tooth), and any sort of welfare program that would give you free prosthetic teeth (denti-cal) would undoubtedly give you a much cheaper set of conventional dentures (only if you're missing ALL of your teeth in at least one of the two arches). even if there were some clinical trials going on at one of the 5 schools, they would still most likely make you pay a thousand or so to cover the costs. if you must have the implants, better start saving up...
