can any one tell me the secret that why rapidly growing company orthoclear has been sold to rivals invisalign......plz tell me exact reason

Answers:
Orthoclear is not sold to Invisalign. There was a legal battle going on till now between both these companies and the dispute was just settled out of court. Invisalign also laid off 70 Orthoclear reps. In my opinion this settlement is counterproductive to the patients, because Orthoclear is lot more doctor/patient friendly. When there is competition, public gets the break and now Invisalign will monopolizer the market.
