yup
have you considered a dentist?
You need to go to the dentist and hae them pulled. they can build a bridge for you so you will still have teeth. You might have some sort of dental disease. You need to go pretty soon too.
You seriously need to talk to the dentist, and not us, we are just the encouragers to make you go! Sounds like you have something more going on there, than a normal cleaning/pulling job!
.. yeah, you should go to a dentist and do it quickly. Hope you have benefits or some kind of package to help assist you with any associated fees.
do visit the dentist
You need to go to a dentist and have a comprehensive exam and x-rays to determine what need to be done. They should be able to give you some options that would best suit your needs.
