Temporary crown has been off for 2 weeks.?
Question:
Answers:
There is always the possibility that your permanent crown won't fit now. Or they may have to do some more work on you due to teeth moving or gums growing in places they don't need to be. You may have to be numbed at your appointment now. I would recommend that you call the dental office and let them know that you have been without your temporary crown for 2 weeks so that they can be prepared.

abcess mean anything better get it done asap!
I agree with Justine 100%. In the future, let them know ASAP if you lose a temporary crown, even if the tooth has had root canal.
It might take an extra 15 minutes or more to adjust the crown to fit and even then, you might end up with a fit that is so bad the tooth will have to be re-prepared and/or a new permanent crown made.
