If i took my braces off myself,cud he put new ones on without my consent, or would he have to leave me alone?

Question:

i have had braces for 2 days and have decided that i dont want them but the orthodontist says that it doesn't matter -i dont have a say in it because i'm under 16.

i dont want them because my teeth are already almost perfect and it hurts like hell
also they keep cutting into my front lip when i talk and i cant have chewing gum for the next 2 years apparently

plz do not answer this question if you dont have a clue because it really pisses me off

It seems you have already made up your mind. But I will remind you that one day you will say, "I made a mistake.” I removed mine when my parents went traveling. Looking in the mirror over 40 years later, I regret it.

It seems like you should have the final word over your own self, but try to stand it, you'll be glad you did later.
