Can you work out when you are preagnet?
Question:
Answers:
Yes you can, unless your doctor recommends that you do not. Check with your doctor to see which work outs would be best for you. Most gyms have programs specifically for pregnancy and/or post-pregnancy. If the gym isn't your style, there are many work-out DVDs that are for pregnancy. The best workout in my opinion is walking though. Find a nice walking trail or just take a few laps around the mall...it helps maintain calories and best of all it is free.
Yes you actually can. There are alot of pregnant workouts for women. Yoga is actually recommended for pregnant women.
yes but run it by ur doctor make sure there a no problems and things u shouldn't do
I've always heard you can keep doing what you were doing before you were pregnant, but not to start a new workout routine or something vastly different, that you weren't already doing.
Talk to your doctor about what you desire to do and how strenuous it is.your overall health, and how your pregnancy is going, will also determine if workouts are a good idea for you while "in the family way".
It depends on your job. I know women who've worked right up to the day they experienced labor. I've known others who at 6 weeks suddenly can't do a da*** thing (cause they are lazy and want attention). You need to check with your Dr. If you may have a problem pregnancy, he may recommend you have light-duty or bed rest as an alternative. It varies.
First, ask your doctor. If you are at risk of being put on bedrest or something, they may advise against any physical activity.
That said, if you are given clearance to work out, there are exercise tapes made specifically for pregnancy and after pregnancy. Definitely check into those.
Your first trimester you can do pretty much anything you already do as a workout. Try avoiding lying on your stomach though. Also, pregnancy is not the time to start anything new. If you weren't exercising before, it is not the time to start. Stick to moderate walking.
Starting in your second trimester, you can not do anything that requires you lying on your back or stomach. Many such yoga / pilates movements can be altered for pregnancy. Any cardio that you are doing should be toned down a bit at this point as well; as your body is changing and you don't want to risk falling on the treadmill or on any high impact step routines.
Starting your third trimester, slow cardio down to frequent walks.
Once you've given birth, it typically takes 6-12 weeks to gain a doctor's clearance to start any sort of real exercise routine again; but walking is nearly always reccommended.
Also, know that while exercise is great for you and your child, it may or may not keep you at any certain weight or size during pregnancy. I exercised daily, watched what I ate, and still gained 100 lbs during pregnancy. 6 months later, I lost 65 of them, and am working on the last 35. Your body will more or less do what it needs to do to take care of your baby. Once the baby is out, it will go back to caring more about you. Don't let it discourage you though.
No i don't think it would be safe in ways to be working out
The best things you can do is take breaks and walk lots and eat healthy . Masters
And pregnant is spelled this way not Preagnet . And i don't think you even have the stander of education to have a CHILD . And if you are thinking of having a child i would think you should take some English class's before having a child
