Storing unprocessed dental film in refridgerator?

Question:
Is there a health issue with storing unprocessed xray film in the fridge when there is also food being stored in there? Also imo, I think there is too much humidity in the fridge to be storing dental film in there. Anyone have any ideas on this?

Answers:
there will be 0 humidity in the fridge, you may get some condensation however. Why do you want to store it in the fridge for? if it isn't too hot it should be alright in a cupboard or store room. You should have a separate fridge for your food. get a little one if you have to.

Other Answers:
OSHA will frown on storing food in the same place as film.

If the film is sealed, the humidity won't be a problem. If not, you'll find spots on the film - sometimes looking like developer spots, but usually "underexposed" areas where the emulsion was affected.
