It's just like a scab on your skin except that being in your mouth and having a wet environment, it would appear white/blue.

I would think bruising would be normal, but I'm baffled as to why anyone would all their teeth removed? veneers?
have you been back to see your dr. If it's a matter of no time to/afraid to call and ask the dr. Do you smoke or are you diabetic? The blue appearance might also be the sutures.
