Too many teeth?

Question:
My son, who is 6 has not lost any of his baby teeth yet. But, behind his lower two front teeth, his adult teeth are there. Poor guy, I know that had to hurt with them pushing up through the guyms and all! But, does anyone have any experience with this? I have made him a dentist appt., but I'm wondering if anyone knows what they will probably recommend- leave em be or remove the baby teeth? Also, since the adult teeth are back so far, will this mean that he will have to have braces in the future?

Answers:
The baby teeth will have to be removed so that the permanent teeth can move into the space, this is a common thing that happens. Once the baby teeth are removed the tongue will help push those teeth into there proper place. Don't worry :)

Other Answers:
Yes they will probably have to remove the baby teeth as the adult teeth did not press against the roots to loosen them. He might have to have braces too.
My daughter had this problem also. They just pulled her baby teeth, she had no pain with this. She is 25 now and her teeth are purfect. The dentist said her baby roots didn't desolve.
he has good calcium in his body please for good consultancy its better to consult your nearst dentist.
well that is what happened to me I had to have 13 teeth pulled when I was only 11..but i am 34 now so they do things a lil different they start early..But now I have great teeth I was in braces and a headgear..but it was worth it now..
