How much does toothpaste cost these days

There is no reasonable price. Depends where you live. Here in SF, they'll give you an initial cleaning for 50. Just keep going to new dentists---they'll give you the initial deal everytime.

I spend about $3 on a tooth brush every 2 months. And a tube of toothepaste last for about 4 months. I'd say about 40 bucks should keep you good for a year. Mouth wash is a bit extra, but the burn of listerine is worth the extra $10 a year.

Depends on what type of area you live in, or should i say where your dentist is located. Higher class area, the higher the prices, but i would say anywhere between 75 and 150 bucks, depending on if they take x-rays.

I live in FL, USA (I dunno where you live) & everytime I've been to the dentist (3 different ones) they've charged $75-$125. I would say any of that is reasonable, getting your teeth cleaned professionally is very important because you cannot always get all of the bacteria that hides in the cracks of your teeth no matter how much your brush or floss, or rinse. Anybody ever felt between their teeth after a dentist has cleaned em? There's gaps! LOL not big ones, but a reasonable difference, so you can really SEE & FEEL how much you miss on a daily basis.
