There should be a Taiwan Dental Register that can be accessed online. There should be background information on all the registered dentists.

All the dentists that I know that have graduated from Taiwan universities ALL KNOW how to speak and write english very well. Their top universities teach the dental course in ENGLISH and has been doing so for a while now!

They really are worthy of respect for doing so.

I live in Taiwan, just about every dentist in Taipei speaks English.

Seriously most doctors, dentists speak English here. Another thing is that the dentists (in Taipei) are very good with all the latest equiptment as the dental industry is so competitive here. Another thing is that a trip to the dentist will just cost you around 100NT - so cheap!

I have a particularly good dentist, he is on An-He-Lu, section 2.
