What do you mean, "they refuse to fix it?" There must be more to the story. Do you owe them a million dollars or something? Do you mean they can't fix it until Monday because the doctor will be out of the office? Get them to stuff some temporary filling in there.
If they just plain old insist on being assholes about this, go to the drug store and buy some of the pre-mixed temporary filling and put it in there yourself. You'll find several brands near the toothbrushes.
Then get a new dentist and don't pay for this kind of abuse.

Call the Better Business Bureau and report them
