black walnut powder. put some on your toothbrush and brush as usual. doesn't taste all that good but does work.

Baking Soda an or a diluted solution of Hydrogen peroxide.

Swish hydrogen peroxide around in your mouth a couple of times a day. Don't swallow it though

and quit drinking coffee, red wine, coca cola

(treat the hydrogen peroxide suggestions with a great deal of caution, I know it is bleach but it could be dangerous)
