Salt/taste in Mouth - would could this be?
Question:
Answers:
May be dysgeusia or innapropriate taste interpretation unless you can link it to actual salt ingestion from antacids etc. The nerves conducting taste sensation may be affected by dental surgery ,ear infection, upper respiratory infections and some medications . A checkup at an otolarygologist may be useful as well as reviewing any meds you may take for your allergies.

I'm pretty sure taste of salt in mouth means you're a bad person. If there's something you need to confess to, I'd suggest doing it.
Certain body fluids, other than those referred to in previous answers, have a salty taste. Blood is one of them but you would probably know if you were bleeding. When my wisdom teeth were extracted, I had leakage from a lymph node that tasted very salty-lymph is essentially colorless-and you might get the same sort of drainage from a cyst. Have your dentist check carefully. Hope it's not serious-good luck!
