MAJOR toothaches!?

Question:

My front left tooth and the 2 next to it

well, they HURT like hell.

They are kinda loose, and its just getting worse. My dentist appointment isnt til 4 tomorrow, and thats just X rays.

This pain is unbearable and WHAT is causing this.

I thought it might be wisdom teeth, but they are grown in and not really bothering much.

LOTS of advil isnt cutting it.

What could it be, and how do i stop the pain, before i literally pull the teeth out.

Ditto, go to see a doctor or an emergency dentist.
Tooth pain is among of the worse kinds (and beleive me I've broken bones).

They will see what is causing the pain, which is most important, and perhaps give you something a bit more potent than advil.

I put whole cloves on the gums around the tooth, it helps a bit. If you happen to have clove oil, try a bit of that on the gums but be careful, it can burn you

know what you mean..phone your dentist first thing in the morning and tell them.sometimes they will freeze you right away and then you can wait the rest of the day in comfort.at least mine will...try putting on cloves or clove oil if you have any..that won't completely stop the pain but it will help..Make sure you phone your dentist though..they can even give you pain killers or reschedule more extensive work for you the same day if you need it.. I needed it yesterday.4 1/2 hours and believe me they have no idea how grateful I am to them. When your teeth hurt its really hard to think of anything else..good luck

Try SM-33. It is a gel-like substance that you apply to your gums that should stop most of the pain.

You might have nerve damage on your front teeth, inducing the need for a root canal if the teeth are restorable. If the pain is too much you can go to emergency room for stronger meds or dentist on call.

u mentioned that the dentist is going to take an x-ray. that means you either have periodontitis (gum disease) or serious tooth ache.
well there you mentioned there again there's 3 teeth that are hurting you, so i would assume its periodontitis, and its acute.
i suggest you phone up your dentist and tell them your case, because if not, they will juz let you wait till your appointment time wihch by then, you might have pulled out the teeth by urself.
