Under the jaw is a strange place to have pain with head tiltint, I'd say Glands? If it were around your nose and under your eyes. I'd say Sinus Fluid sloshing around.

Under your jaw though, I'm thinking glands. If you press on them they will be tender to the touch.
Go get it checked

swollen glands.could be allergies or sickness.

it could be a couple of things. you may have an ear infection, which would explain the pain when you tilt your head. you may also need to have your wisdom teeth checked out. if you still have tonsils, you may have infection from them draining, and making your gland swollen.
