Please answer my question regarding fluoride in toothpaste!?

Question:
Is Sodium fluoride 0.243% the same as (0.15% w/v fluoride ion)? Are they the same amount of fluoride? The reason I ask is because I saw the following listed for 3 toothpastes, and need to know if they have different amounts or kinds of fluoride, see below and please tell me which is the best for fighting cavities and which is the least effective for fighting cavities based on the ingredient listed for each below:

Crest Sensitivity Original Formula - Sodium fluoride 0.243% (0.15% w/v fluoride ion)

Crest Sensitivity Extra Whitening - Sodium fluoride 0.243%

Sensodyne Fresh Mint - Sodium fluoride 0.15% w/v fluoride ion

Answers:
Your question just has a difference in units, they all have the same amount of fluoride in them. .243% is a weight to weight percent where they divide the weight of fluoride by the total weight of the toothpaste, and the .15 % w/v is a weight to volume percent, where they divide the weight of fluoride by the volume of toothpaste. It is all explained here if you scroll down.
