Crest White Strips?

Question:
I put them on when I lick my teeth to make sure that it is on correctly I feel little bumps. IS that alright or do I put them on wrong? Remember I am a first timer so don't think I'm dumb..

Answers:
Sounds like your putting it on backwards. Peel off the strip and the side facing the part you pull off of goes on towards your teeth. The little bumps are the whitening agents. The little bumpy part should go on your teeth, not away from your teeth.
i don't think it'll really matter, but im not an expert
Read the box. Call the pharmacy. Call Crest. These people will give you answers.
First of all you are putting them on wrong. Technically if you feel the bumps, common sense is telling you to place them on your teeth from the opposite side and see how that feels. Also call the dentist and see if e recommends you to get themn. if not something could happen to the first layer of your teeth.
