who makes more-vet assistant or dental assistant

im a dental asst for 20 yrs now and it depends on two things.. the state you live in and the doctor you work for.
Norhteast pay good even great salaries
Southeast pay fair maybe good salaries but if you work for a top notch office and the doctor appreciates their staff then you are set.. $$$$$
