The ppl that are addicted to coffee and soda suffer for a couple years till their braces come off and a lot of ppl don't get braces bcuz having holes in your teeth after braces is so common.

If your drinking sugary soda that can really ruin your teeth but not caffine in itself. Keeping your teeth very clean is the best thing you can do for your teeth.
