How to protect your teeth against sweet food?

Question:
i like pies, icecream etc
But I cant brush all day lon

Answers:
I like pies and I love ice cream yum yum yum. I'm a dentist too.

Just don't eat all day long. If you stick to regular meal times and have rest periods inbetween when your teeth are nice and clean there should be no problem.

Just don't snack all day.

I suggest this schedule of meals

Breakfast: steak&kidney pie with icecream pancake and chocolate sauce with a sausage roll on top.. too full to eat till lunch. Brush your teeth.

Lunch: Cheese and steak pie with a chocolate ice cream on top
Rinse out mouth with water or even brush teeth

Dinner Big fat pie with pork bacon cheese pastry and more pastry yum pastry . and then a 5 scoop ice cream cone with sprinkles on top then drink a big milk shake. Then brush your teeth.. teeth good till you wake up. if you do wake up that is and don't die in your sleep from heart failure.

But then again I say eat good and die young or Eat poo and never die.
