In my opinion, neither. It is better to have a healthy attitude, or an attitude of openmindedness, honesty, willingnessw, and gratitude.

I am not as healthy as I would like to be and darn sure not rich. I don't dwell on either. I am better off than many, and it isn't a contest anyway, so it doesn't matter whether or not others are better off than I am. As long as I have a positive attitude, it just doesn't matter.
