doubt it i have a few n they didnt come undone for a looong time so i dont think they can
no but they could of missed a root or got a chip of tooth in it
If the dentist got all of the root then you shouldn't have any pain.Sometimes if you get a sinus infection it can cause a tooth to become infected.Check with your dentist.
