Sorry, there is no such thing as fast results when it comes to orthodontia. You're dealing with rearranging bones, not with simply taking them out. Rearranging them has to be done slowly. If your overbite is too much out of alignment for a retainer to be of help, you'll need braces. I suppose you could have the teeth completely pulled then brand new crowns or artificial teeth put in but having a full set of teeth pulled has got to be worse than the braces.
Think about it--- if there were a fast way to rearrange bones, wouldn't people who broke their legs be out of their casts in a few days? And teeth take longer than legs because you need to be able to eat and drink while your bones are being rearranged.

Sounds like you don't want the remedies used to correct your problem, or what you consider problems.
my teeth are just like that but i have the clear invisible braces you can brush them and eerything. and i can even chew gum and everything. they're awesome. unlike those ugly wire ones that you always have to clean after every meal. i have a lisp but people are so used too it no one ever notices anymore.
i don't know about surgeries though. i never had never thought about having one.
it's such a scary concept.
