Gum Pain & Wisdom Teeth?

Question:

Im only 12 and my wisdom teeth are coming in. I know they are wisdom because the dentist told me and my 12 year molars are in. Well, my gum by where the tooth is coming in on the top is all sore, and when anything touches it, I get pains in it. Is this normal???? The pain is not unbearable, but it is enough where it would get annoying. What can I do to get the pain to go away??? And if I am getting braces and having 4 teeth out already....could they take the wisom teeth out instead of the other perfectly fine teeth?

thats why most people get their wisdom teeth removed. the pain comes from having the wisdom teeth. they will remove the teeth soon enough especially if you mention the pain alot.

rub some bonjela on your gums....
