I got my wisdom teeth taken out on wednsday and i have a hight temp?

of 102.6. I just took 2 Ibprophens(i havent been taking them cause they hurt my stomache and i cant take nothing else) What temp should it hit for me to go to the hospital? Should i wait it out? PLEASE ANSWER ONLY IF YOU KNOW. Thank you;-)

I would call the doctor who removed your wisdom teeth, you could be getting an infection. He may be able to call something in for you. If you are feeling bad, I say see a doctor asap!

You need to go to the hospital and get put on an antibiotic.
Chances are you have an infection in one of the open wounds that your teeth used to occupy.
We consider anything over 101 a higher temp.
Try taking tylenol to knock down the fever, and go to the ER.

Take it from this nurse.....call your oral surgeon now!!!!even if it 2am. He will tell you to go to the ER or start you on antibiotics. Just have the phone nuber ready with the nearest 24hr pharmacy
