What should I do about my canker soars?

Does anybody get canker sores? Because I get them all the time. These aren't your ordinary canker sores. These ones are really large, and sometimes I get 2, even 3 canker sores at a time, and the worst part is sometimes they overlap, to make one monster soar. Does anybody have any solutions on how to get rid of these sores?

I get them, and I occasionally get multiples.

I generally use over-the-counter Kanka for the pain - it makes a huge difference for me (although it stings like the dickens when I apply it).
