Rembrandt over the counter bleaching system, is one of the better products. Crest Whitening strips work well also if you are younger and not a massive amount of stain on teeth. If these dont get the results you like, your dentist can make a mold of your teeth, and fabricate and custom tray. This will give you the best results as the tray is molded to your teeth,,, but it does cost more.
I use the Crest professional whitening strips that I buy from my dentist. The instructions say to leave them on for a half hour, but I usually leave them on for one hour. They work great. People noticed after I used them three times. They are about $50 for a box of 100 (half for lowers, half for uppers). I haven't had luck with Rembrandt, but haven't tried it for a couple of years.
