T3 (tylenol with codeine) is not, under any circumstances, to be used as anything other than a pain killer. if it makes you sleepy when you're going to bed, then that's a great thing. but if you use T3 for anything other than its intended purpose, you are abusing prescription drugs. if you are experiencing sleeplessness you need to speak to your physician about getting ambien or another prescription sleep aide; But please do not take the T3 for anything other than a pain killer. Take your medication to to the doctors prescription, and for no other purpose. Medications effect people differently, you may be wide awake with the T3, while bob down the street may be knocked out, it all depends on your body's Ph balance, metabolism, tollerance, etc. Good luck, and take care of yourself.
Yes, the codeine has a slight sedative effect. Dont take to many though trying to get a good night sleep. The Tylenol is hard on the liver.
