i need dentures like yesterday . Is it possible to get inexpensive dentures today and up grade in the future

Question: i am planning on getting implants in a couple of years but right now i need dentures. what are the factors that determine the cost of a denture ? Is it the difference in the denture proper or the surgical labor that goes into making them fit ? i smile too much to be toothless.
