Should wisdom teeth always be pulled?

Question: My wisdom teeth are coming in. The teeth in front of each wisdom tooth are bad. In fact one had to be pulled and the wisdom tooth came down in its place. Since the other three teeth are bad that I have left should I just have those removed and let my wisdom teeth come in their place?

Answers:
Since it worked for the one side, go ahead and do it for the other. Has your dentist made that recommendation to you? I would probably see what his opinion was.
