You could have flourosis, which is too much flouride intake. Please consult a dental professional.
It would either be too much floride in your diet (tap water most likely). Or if you ever had your teeth bonded (like if you chipped them when you were younger and they had to fill in the chip) your teeth will stay the same color as whatever color they matched to your teeth at that time, and if your teeth have yellowed over the years then the whiter bonded part of your teeth will stay white.
