why my gum becoming darker?

i know its because of the ciggerettes that i smoked but is there any other reason why? and how to remove it. its quite embarassing.

it foes dark when its unhealthy. check out google images for bacteria/unhelathy gums, or see ur dentist Stop smoking!

But it also can be lead poisoning!

I'd go see a dentist as soon as you can; they can answer any questions like this. If you don't have a dentist, see your gp.

Dark Gums are the onset of GUM DISEASE!

you need to brush and floss much more thoroughly and use a medicated mouthwash twice a day the Best ones are bocasan which is based around hydrogen peroxide or corsodyl.

best bet is to see your dentist as gum disease if not treated can lead to tooth loss very quickly! there are many reasons your gums may be dark, dark spots on your gums often are considered perfectly normal..often times pregnancy, or hormones, or diet, and yes there is gum disease and other options also. Not everyone has perfectly pink gums. But i would consider seeing a professional.
