Had my wisdom teeth out Thursday...now I am having bad headaches.?
Question:
As most of you know, I had my Wisdom teeth out Thursday, and everything went well. I haven't developed a dry socket, and i believe I am healing relatively well. Yesterday, I began getting splitting headaches, which I thought would go away after a Tylenol and a good night's sleep. I woke up this morning feeling the exact same way. I have a splitting headache. It hurts all throughour my forehead, on the top of my head, and on the right backside of my head, just below the ear area. I took a Tylenol and it went away a little, but I can tell it willl be back. I called the dentist, and have an appointment with him later.
What do you think it is? Infection? Sinuses? Help! I am just trying to figure out what he is going to tell me.
Also, what does he do to see if I have an infection? Take my temp? Look at wounds?
Answers:
it doesn't sound like toothache.
Are you dehydrated maybe?
have you been very stressed?
