Do you brush your teeth when you go to bed?

Question:
I am not a kid, but just had some macaroni salad, & corona, wanna go to bed. Do you brush your teeth before you hit the sack?

Answers:
Floss first, then brush. The bacteria in the plaque that's on your teeth will use the food particles, especially carbs, as fuel, then will give off toxins and acids as waste products. This is not what you want sitting on your teeth all nite! You'll end up with cavities and/ or gingivitis. Brushing before bed is the most important time to brush!

Other Answers:
Absolutely.

Just go to sleeeeeeeeeeep already gees! YES

Yeah, I usually do.

YES! Cavaties attack after dark..

Yeah! I'd like to keep my teeth, thanks.

We're suppose to brush our teeth?

Oops..

nope. yes and when I wake up too

Yes, I floss too, before brushing. Afterward, I swish with listerine or fluoride rinse.

It's a good habit to get into, and I know it's hard when you're really tired, but you won't have icky-mouth then.

YES, 100% brush them, floss them, mouthwash too. I had the displeasure of getting an infected tooth that lead to an abscess and then a root canal cause it's a front tooth so YES brush your teeth! I cant sleep if I dont brush my teeth

isnt that what your supposed to do??

Always. Food sitting on teeth for six to eight hours causes cavities. That goes for babies falling asleep with bottles too.

H YES nooooo, especially if like being single. skip brushing for 1 night then smell your breath in the morning, then decide. No 1 likes a cavity creep.

yes and after hearing wut u just said u ate i think u should 2.

no

Yes of course!! Yes of course and floss too!!

no i brush them before i go to bed

i always brush my teeth before i go to bed and when i wake up in the morning i dont want my teeth to fall out

of course Yes, it's really grody to think of all the food that is decaying in your mouth and the bacteria that is feeing on it. Smile and take a look in your bathroom mirror and see all the white substance by your gumline and in between your teeth and you will see what I am talking about. It's disgusting. Horray for toothbrushes and toothpaste that make your breath smell nice.

no

no duh unless you want to wake up with cavities in your mouth or really bad breath. and it doesn't feel good to know that you have layer of crap on your teeth, and you go to sleep with alcohol breath! i like to go to bed with a feeling knowing that i'm clean.
