I would bet money your dehydrated. If your not drinking enough water then you lose fluid. Drink water until when you go to the bathroom your urine is clear. You could end up dizzy too if your not drinking enough water.

Yes. It's normal. I felt like a mack truck hit me for a few days. Did you go under general anesthesia too? That can make it even worse! i'm betting you were tensed up the whole time you were being worked on- to the point that now you feel like you were run over by a truck- you will feel so much better tomorrow- get some good rest and just baby yourself one more day.
