Is it normal to when u 1st get you braces off to smile A LOT?

because i got mine off this week and i smile all the time.

I remember when I got my braces off, I smiled all of the time. It is so easy without all of the wire obstructions. Are you running your tongue over your teeth all of the time too? I remember being fascinated on how smooth and slippery my teeth felt. It's nice to smile, I hope you are enjoying it!

Yes of course it is normal. You want everyone to see your new straight teeth, and not those braces anymore. When I got mine off I wanted people to see my teeth and I liked to look at them in the mirror!

Do I need to go to the dentist?
