I am 26, I never visited any dentist. should?

Question:
I visit dentist regularly even if i don't have any dental problem?

Answers:
How do you know that you have no dental problems if you've never been to the dentist? More than likely, you need to have your teeth professionally cleaned. You can only brush so well at home & it is up to those at the dental office to do the rest. Go ahead & make a phone call to get your teeth looked at. At your first visit they will do an exam & x-rays and then get you back for a cleaning (dental offices don't usually clean your teeth at the first visit because there are different levels of cleanings & they need to find out what kind you need). It's better to prevent dental problems before they start. Good luck!!

Other Answers:
Yes

if your teeth are in good shape just go once a year. Yes.you should at least go in for a cleaning and a check up.

You should have your teeth cleaned every 6 months. You may not notice having a dental problem, your teeth will get looked over when you are in for your cleaning.

yeah, you should visit once or twice a year. a dentist is the only one that can say whether or not you have any dental problem.

If you'd like to keep your teeth after the age of 50, yeah, get going to a dentist ASAP. If your teeth are in good shape, you might not need semi-annual checkups, but at least see what shape they're in now, and get a thorough cleaning. You must go visit a dentist at least once a year. It is important to have your gums checked first for any accumulation which could lead to bacterial infection. A lot of people think that teeth cleaning is enough, I am lucky to have a good dentist who takes care of your gums first then afterwards look after your teeth. Without healthy gums there will be no healthy teeth.

yeah.probably should. lol. even if it's a pain in the butt. i'm 27 and i haven't visitted since i was a little girl except for a couple months back when i had a problem. so it's really up to you.

yes you should because they could find cavities.

Its better to have a check up with the dentist as a preventive measure, once a year.
