You can get whitening kits from Boots, they do actually work, but you have to keep up with it. The one I used you had to use for 15 mins 2 times a day

Dont use pearl drops my dentist told me it weakens the enamel of your teeth. Use colgate total plus whitening. im a smoker and it helps my teeth.

You can get your teeth whitened professionally at a dentist but this is expensive. I use Colgate whitening and it has made a difference. Do you smoke? That stains teeth yellow so the only solution there is giving up :*( The last resort is putting tippex on your teeth...;)

i have the same problem but thats coz i smoke. i wanted to get of the yellow marks for my wedding. cant remember what it was called but i got it sainsbury's and you get a tube whihc u hae to dab acros the teeth you want to whiten then you have to put this gel in a teeth shield thing and leave on for 15 minutes twice a day i found that worked for me and i think it costed about 7 pound

see a dentist for advise on what you can do you can now by whitting kits also choose a specific whiting toothpaste and stick with it.
