Take ibuprofen/nurofen its an anti inflammitory, its the swollen gum around the tooth thats causing pain. Hot salt water mouth rinse in the area will help also. (Boil water, add half teaspoon salt, wait to cool then swill hard in area) may be sore but will help, do this every couple of hours to keep area really clean. Salt is a natural antiseptic.
Would get a dental appt just to check if they may need to be removed. Try this though it will help. xxx
Dentists can prescribe antibiotics and will be able to advise you on painkillers too. In the mean time keep rinsing your mouth with salty water to try and kill the infection. Clove oil is meant to be good for toothache too. Think you can get it in a chemist.
