I swig it from the bottle, and its perfectly safe to do so. Mouthwash usually contains atleast 20% alcohol, which kills any germs you may get on there. But if youre smart youll just buy the more expensive non-alcoholic mouthwash because its more effective. The alcohol dries your mouth out and if you havent noticed your breath starts to stink afterwards expecially before you eat or drink something. Biotene makes a delicous peppermint rinse that actually moisturizes your mouth and it works. But i would never swig from that bottle because it wouldnt be sterile without the alcohol.
