How do I remove calcium deposits from my teeth?
Question:
Answers:
The tap water has nothing to do with those "calcium deposits" on your teeth, it's calculus (or tartar build up) which is caused by the hardening of plaque, which take about 24-48 hours to harden. Only a dentist or dental hygenist should remove those. Try to find one that uses ultrasonic equipment (a lot more pleasant than getting all that scraping from the curettes). So brush 3 times daily (preferablly after meals and ask your dentist if your are brushing correctly, most people don't), floss everyother day, and use mouthwash (don't rinse afterwards).

I would see a dentist. Don't mess with your teeth.
go see a dentist, sweetie, don't be so cheap.
i had them too. in a desperate atempt to conceal them fast i tried over the counter bleaching... not a good idea Just made them more noticible. Wait to see the dentist.
NO!!
drink purified water not tap. tap is usually responsible for those cal deposits. if they're that embarrassing for you buy a home bleaching kit to cover them.
If you just absolutely, positively have to get rid of those deposits NOW, try scratching them off with your fingernail. It might not work, but at least your fingernail is not hard enough to damage your teeth. Careful of your gums, though.
Obviously, you already know that you have to be seen by a dentist or hygienist to have it done properly.
