I'm about to have 2 molars extracted.my blood pressure is WAY up.How to reduce the stress beforehand?

Question:

Answers:
Lots of "Breathe Deeply" exercises. And have someone else drive---That driving can raise your blood pressure even higher!

Other Answers:
well this is a tricky situation. You could take aspirin and reduce the viscosity of your blood and thereby reduce the blood pressure. BUT BE WARNED. THIS MEANS YOUR BLOOD WILL NOT CLOT AS EASY. Taking high amounts of water will essentially do the same thing too.

So that being said, get professional opinion and not some quack opinion on youqa.com. Really, do the right thing. Coral Calcium has calcium and magnesium which will help get your BP down. I used the coral successfully myself.

are you kidding? go to your family doctor and get on blood pressure medicine. the most common cause of death in the dental chair is related to extractions and high blood pressure.

go to your doctor first and for pete's sake make sure your dentist knows about your blood pressure. this is no joke. this is also not a time to be asking yahoo.
