Yeah they really work. They did wonders to my teeth. I also purchased Aquafresh white & shine toothpaste and uesd it before applying the strips. You're only supposed to use them twice a day for 30 minutes. It might burn by the time you're down to the last couple of strips, it happened to me, so I stopped using them. But they did whiten.
