need some pro help for luck jar plzzz?

Question: i'm a 23 year old male, and had this luck jar for 5 months now! it started from my right side, my jar would pop everytime I yawned. then one day the popping was gone, but it was still sore and i couldnt open my mouth all the way. recently my other side is sore too!! I cant chew any thing any more, cuz it hurts plzzz help. I havnt seen a doctor yet cuz i cant afford it, who do I gotta see anyways!!?
