I have a suggestion that's not too expensive and fairly easy. Get an electric toothbrush with a timer and whitening toothpaste, and then try the bleaching kits too. With all that, you're sure to get em at least somewhat whiter. Of course, cutting down on tea would help, but if you're not willing to do that yet, then try the other suggestions. Also baking soda helps whiten teeth too.

stop drinking tea. try crest whitestrips or u can talk to your dentist
Crest WhiteStrips
You can try any toothpaste with whitener, but that could take a while. The other option is to see your Dentist and have some bleaching done. You can also try baking soda. Good Luck!
Purchase an at home bleaching kit and bleach your teeth.
Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide can help when brushed with. Vinegar and water (half and half) can help.
ok, this may sound weird, but it works...take a capful of 3% peroxide and swish it in your mouth for TEN minutes two times a day. Be sure you DON'T swallow the peroxide though!!You should have whiter teeth by the end of the week...
All those home remedies aren't too safe, because there are no studies to determine a safe amount of these chemicals that you use, so in the long run, you can damage your teeth.

The home kits are safer, but the effects tend not to last that long. Safest (but more expensive) way to go is to see your dentist. All the agents are already mixed and tested.
Otc products don't work well...bleaching products will do little. Prophy paste at the dental office will work wonders.
try making a paste with baking soda and peroxide (this is what is used in a majority of the whitening toothpaste products or try using topol toothpaste it is made especially for tea and coffee drinkers.
Hey there, well i am getting my braces off tomoz!! so the other day i bought some teeth whitener on ebay...i'm still waiting for it but i did only order it 2 days ago( so it better be here tomorow) type "teeth whitener" and it comes up with loads of results, i got 35% strength thats the highest they do!! well why not try that its not very expensive, i got 50cc of 35% stength for 15 pounds!! hope you get the teeth you want!! ( thats what i am hoping for, for my own teeth!)

Ps all of them say that they can get rid off, coffee and tea stains and smoking or bad teeth due to age!!
Sounds like you have really good oral hygiene habits, good for you. As far as the tea stain, I am guessing the enamel (the outer surface) of your teeth may be pretty rough, that's why you are picking up stain from drinking tea. There is nothing you can do about your enamel, but I suggest you can go for a cleaning, then start using a bleaching kit, like Crest White strips works pretty well. Also, after drinking tea, try drinking a little bit of water and sqwish it around the mouth before swallowing it. This remove any residual tea left in the mouth so your teeth won't pick up so much stain.
